Answer. Initial submissions (for review purposes only) may be prepared using either US Letter or A4 paper sizes. Please consult your conference home page for page size requirement for the final manuscript.
Answer. Once again, each conference sets its own page limit. This information appears on the conference website rather than here, please consult the conference home page for further information on page limits for this conference. Note that most conferences are placing restrictions on number of pages for initial submissions and you will not be able to upload the file if it exceeds this limit.
Answer. The conference recommends that authors try to keep the final version of their manuscript below 500 KB. This is to prevent the need of multiple CDs or DVD format for the proceedings. In exceptional cases larger files are acceptable. File larger than 2 MB cannot be uploaded through the manuscript submission system.
Answer. Short answer is "Not at Present". Long answer: At the present time, IEEE requires the final conference proceedings to be provided in print version along with electronic version. Since the two versions must be identical in content, until IEEE stops requiring printed copies of the final, the uploaded files cannot contain audio/video clips. This policy will be revisited in the future.
