  • Do NOT LOGIN for first submission: During initial submission cycle you "do not" need to login to the system to submit a paper, session proposal, or other contribution . To submit a paper to the conferences listed below, you may follow the "Submit a contribution" link.
  • Login REQUIRED: For Administrative or Editorial activities; to submit a review or to update reupload your paper, or to see the reviews of your paper; and to submit the final version of your paper you MUST log in. Once logged in, kindly use "Access" link to switch your roles. Follow the link Log in
  • PINs: Please do not create new PIN in case you have changed affiliation. You can modify your personal information to reflect you current affiliation instead of creating multiple PINs.
  • Antispam service: Kindly note that we are unable to confirm sender ID. Therefore, if you are subscribing to antispam services that require such confirmation, it is your responsibility to whitelist emails originating from papercept.net
  • Reviewer-author balance tracking: With more than 50% growth in submissions, and few authors agreeing to review, we observe a severe imbalance across the community. Editors sometimes have to invite 12 reviewers just to get two reviews, adding to an already substantial workload and leads to lengthening review times. To promote fairness, we have launched a reviewer/author tracking system in PaperCept. You can access your personal report in PaperCept using the new Compile your activity report menu.
    Tracking starts January 1, 2026. Tracking compares # of reviews done to # of submissions for all journals and conferences sponsored by IEEE RAS that uses Papercept. Expectation is that each author reviews at minimum 1 paper for each paper submitted. Initially intended to raise awareness, this system may later be used to reward strong review service and potentially limit submissions from those who contribute significantly more papers than reviews.
