My Program Help Close |
The My Program feature allows you to
If you wish to be able to access your program from a different computer or with a different browser then you may save your personal program to the server and retrieve it from the server later. This requires an account on the system, that is, a PIN and password. Once you are logged in you stay logged in. If you are logged in your program is automatically saved to the server each time you make a change. |

Browse your conference program by conference day | Once events have been added to the program you may browse your program by conference day by using the links for this purpose |
Add events to your program |
To add a lecture or session to your personal program, open the
on-line program and check the box "Add to My Program" for the lecture
or session.
If the lecture has already been included then the box is already checked.
Alternatively, check or uncheck items in the Author Index to add them to or
remove then from your personal program.
Note that if a presentation is added or deleted then all presentations
that are linked to the same submission are also added or removed.
After returning to the main My Program page refresh it to load the
changes. |
Import your own conference activities | Use the link Add my activities to import all papers of which you are a co-author and the sessions that you are chairing or co-chairing. You will be requested to log in with your PIN and password if you are not already logged in |
Add a private item |
Add a private item that is not part of the conference program by
using the link Add a private item.
Clicking on the item title displays the Note.

Display the paper abstract or the lectures in the session | To display the abstract of the paper, or the list of
papers in the session that you are chairing, click on

Access your personal program with a different browser |
To access your personal program with a different browser, follow these steps:

Print your personal program | Use the link Printer friendly version to display the entire program in a format ready to be printed. Please note that only those abstracts or lists of presentations are shown that are open on the regular My Program page |
Download your program as an iCalendar file |
Use the link Export
to download your personal program as an iCalendar file with the
extension ics that is ready to be imported into calendar applications. Microsoft Outlook. If you have Microsoft Outlook installed as the default calendar application then clicking on the file icon imports the activities in a new calendar. To import all activities in the .ics file into your regular calendar use File > Import and Export > Import a vCalendar or iCalendar file. |
Save your program to the server or

You only need to save your program to the server if you wish to be able
to retrieve it from a different computer or with a different browser than
you are using to create the program.
Saving your program to the server requires
an account on the system because you will be asked to log in with your
PIN and password. Follow the link Save to server if you wish to save your program. You will be requested to log in with your PIN and password if you are not already logged in. Once logged in you stay logged in. If you are logged in your program is automatically saved to the server each time you make a change. To retrieve the program that you saved on the server use the link Retrieve my program from server. You will be requested to log in with your PIN and password if you are not already logged in. |
